Job History — how it works

911 Service Today · address lookup

What it is for

Finding every job ever done at a house, out of both files — the current one and the thirty-year archive — however the address happened to be typed at the time.

The old window searched on the text of the address, so it only found the spelling you were typing. 1 Palm Ct came back with 19 jobs; there are 20. The missing one was filed in 2018 as “1 PALM COURT”.

The list

One line per address, never one per job. Each shows the town, the ZIP, how many jobs, and how they split between the old file and the current one.

An address

Click a line for every job there, newest first, one line each with the date, the appliance and why they called. Click one for the full record.

Notes sit at the top, above the jobs, in yellow — large dog in the yard, call first, gate codes, where to park. A note belongs to the place, not to a job, so it stays there for good. Anyone can add one and anyone can remove it.

Show on the map puts the house on a map at street level, with a link into Google Maps for directions.

An address that is not there

If nothing matches, the app asks South Carolina’s 911 list and offers what it finds, so a first visit can be booked against the proper spelling rather than a guess.

If something is wrong

not right? beside any address, or Say something about this app in the corner. Nothing you write changes a job record — it goes on a list for somebody to check, and the answer comes back in the same box.
